Senator Wilken, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                                     
the Finance Committee referral be waived on HOUSE BILL NO. 430                                      
"An Act relating to employees under 21 years of age in the premises of                              
hotels, restaurants, and eating places that are licensed to sell, serve,                            
deliver, or dispense alcoholic beverages." Without objection, the bill                              
was referred to the Rules Committee.
